On May 21st Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages held the 2020 Internationalization Conference. Mrs. Wang Jing, the director of International Cooperation and Communication Department (ICCD), hosted the conference. Prof. Wei Xiaolin, the vice president of Yuexiu University, and Deans of affiliated colleges and departments in charge of internationalization and teachers from ICCD attended.

    The participants exchanged their views in the conference over the internationalization achievements, problems to be solved and plans for the 2020.

     Wei Xiaolin noted that internationalization is of significance to building Yuexiu University into a world-class private university. She also emphasized that efforts should be made to achieve breakthroughs in the international cooperation programs,  advance dual degree and master degree programs and improve both the assessment system for foreign teachers and online course quality assessment during the pandemic.
