We implement an open management model with an integration of collection, circulation and reading. In March 2014, we began to adopt Huiwen Literature Information Service System as the library management system and comprehensively realized computer management of various library businesses in the network environment. We have 24-hour self-study rooms, and the maximum weekly opening hours for these rooms at the main service areas are as long as 95.5 hours, and resources are available online for access 24-hour every day. Other services such as borrow/renew/return agent service, new book notification, information service, special search service, literature delivery service, reader training, subject librarian service and classroom embedded information technology service (one-hour lecture) are also available. Modern consultation service platforms for the library are also in place, including our official WeChat public platform, Tencent microblogging and Sina microblogging, which make it possible for us to interact with our readers at any time and at any place. We adopt OPAC search system to retrieve catalogues of books and journals, and with ID login, our readers can check information such as their personal loans, online booking, renewal, etc.

With the goal of developing the university into a prestigious private university providing skills-based undergraduate education with an international dimension, we will strive to achieve steady development in such aspects of literature resources and information technology, professional level and service quality as well as management efficiency and team culture, comprehensibly promote the capabilities and levels of teaching, research and discipline construction services of teachers and students in our university, and meanwhile strive to serve the local community.
